Responsibilities

  • Promote the image of TDM&CGC and good working relations intra and enter-department.

  • Prepare and monitor Teacher’s recruitment and placement exercise;

  • Sign Teacher’s registration certificates;

  • Manage in-service teacher training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD);

  • Ensure effective and efficient teacher management and development;

  • Provide input for the development budget for teacher education, development and management;

  • Liaise with Higher Education Council (HEC) on accrediting teacher training institutions and programs;

  • Contribute to education policy development.
